When everyone is family – dogs included – you know pretty well that you’re going to have a good time. Kati & Mike’s Keene rustic outdoor wedding did not disappoint. Surrounded by friends and family on a beautiful August day, Kati & Mike could not stop smiling. How could you when there was so much to be thankful for.
The beautiful bride wore a cream lace dress while her bridesmaids were dressed in rust and plum. Their cowboy boots added a bit of country flair. The bouquets consisted of all Fall colors – purples, yellows, fuchsias, and oranges – wrapped in burlap. The men looked equally as handsome in their gray suits and rust and plum ties.
The décor created a rustic atmosphere everywhere you turned. Wine bottles were hung from the rafters by a bit of twine and used as vases. Beer bottles were wrapped in colored twine. Mason jars were decorated with burlap. Both used for vases that sat on top of birch wood slices. Simple pieces that when brought together, added so much elegance.
The treats even added to the rustic vibe. From pretzel rods dipped in chocolate to a table full of cupcakes, if you had a sweet tooth – you were in heaven.
I know Kati & Mike put in a lot of work into all the details for their special day. Those details made it “them.” Those details made it a day they will never forget. I was honored to capture their memories.
